In my book,tlgbt issue is like prostitution. Even if you legalize their existence, there will still be sex discrimination. I know of young lesbian who applied for work at SM mall and was accepted, but she could not agree with the requirement to put on lipstick, grow longer hair and wear skirt as required of her work. So, can you blame the company if they cannot also waived the requirement.
