calling out grace #marcos?

05 September 2015

for many many people who were around during martial law in the time of marcos (at marami pa kami), grace poe’s paternity is the major major issue.  nothing but a negative DNA test would convince us that she is not a marcos daughter.

That is correct, Angela. But in this presidential election, if she runs for president, DNA test is not a COMELEC requirement. Still, with or without that DNA test, I’m sure the ERAP loyalists, the FPJ loyalists, the Marcos loyalists, and the Solid North will vote for her, :).

mahahati ang mga iyan, bert, kung tatakbo rin si bongbong. whom i can’t see settling for VP. as for grace, if she’s not willing to go the DNA route, at the very least she should stop with the foundling dramatics, which is obviously to underpin the claim that she was born here. but we all heard otherwise back in those days, di ba. as for imelda, who recently scoffed at the talk, paano daw magiging anak ni marcos e ang puti puti ni grace — e ma’am, ang puti puti po ng nanay.

She was adopted and raised by FPJ and Susan. It does not matter who her biological father and mother are. DNA science at this stage cannot locate evil genes, if there is such a thing

if you’re running for president, and you might be the child of marcos, then it matters. i would concede that the chismis might be false, but it was sustained over time, with a beginning, a middle, and a happy ending for the lovechild, and the faces are clearly etched in our minds. kung di pala totoo lahat ng iyon, gusto ko ring maalaman. and i would think grace would want to know too.

What matters is her views on Marcos, specially from ’72-’86. Whether she knows or not and whether she wants to keep the relationship, if it is true, a secret is her business not ours because I don’t believe good or evil is passed through genes. I would judge her only by the way she has behaved as a public servant…I did not see anything negative until she came out with some silly statements regarding the INC rally and “itutuloy ko ang inumpisahan ng tatay ko” then I began to wonder about her…sayang because until she set her eyes on the presidency she performed way beyond my expectations of a newbie in national politics…ewan ko kung ano ang pumasok sa kanya pero she’s now behaving like a trapo

      batang genyo, ala-eh

@mb, sayang talaga , siguro na influencia na sya ni Sen. Chiz at malamang tama si Drilon, dapat idrop na sya ng LP as vp ni Mar. Ganyan tlga sa phil politics, too much personality driven kasalanan din media na over emphasize ang popularity instead of political issues.

Whhy do you think she’s a Marcos daughter? They had all these photos of her christening in Iloilo and photos with the ledesmas. Are they all fake?

Stuart, don’t let this become a blog for quack theories. She does not look like Sonora or Marcos. not even close.

But I’ll tell you what she looks like. She looks like an Ilonggo family I know. Same nose, same forehead. She was darker as a child and this family is darker as well. Poe’s children daughter’s look like their father, but the son is recognizably a member of her biological family. My family come from jaro and we know this.

so, brianbro, is it this ilonggo family you know that she’s matching DNA with?

No idea. They sure look like her, though. They are not poor. Protestants, but definitely not poor.

If you mean Sayong Militar, it was clearly stated that they are adoptive (temporary) parent and she does not even look like any of them.

The suspicion that she’s marcos and Sereno’s child is backed by photographic comparisons so I am putting forward this anonymous family using the same argument.

“quack theory”? i’ll go with “urban legend”. it may all have been chismis back in the late 1960’s — this was before martial law, when the press was unbridled, and i don’t remember the story being denied ever.

Ok I’m convinced. Rumors back in the 60s were quite accurate. There were no secrets back then and made up stuff are simply made up stuff and had no impact on the minds of the hoi polloi. And Grace Poe does look like Rosemarie Sonora and Jose Rizal kind of resembles Hitler.
